- RMRobert J MahowaldDec 31, 20251.0This hotel desperately needs a remodel; it looks worn out. The floors were not cleaned well and were sticky. Hot breakfast selections were NOT hot or well attended to. The juice machine had 4 options but most of them were 'out'. The elevator was slow and jerky and the floor inside it was also not clean. The fitness room was a joke, super tiny, felt like exercising in a small closet. Room smelled musty. I went and bought air freshner spray to alieve the smell. It did have a hot shower, but had WAY too much water pressure, even kind of hurt the skin. Room door did not close tight, you had to make sure it was slammed shut. Hotel was very difficult to get to (have to make a tricky 'U' turn based on the direction you are traveling) and difficult to pull out of the driveway (high speed traffic). Unfortunately in this area there just weren't hotel options so we made the best of it, but it was not a comfortable or enjoyable stay. Stayed December 2025, 4 nights.
