- NCNon Mea Culpa5 days ago5.0Clean rooms and the beds are wonderfully comfy! Had to stay a week during home repairs and I almost didn't want to go back hahaha! If you miss breakfast, the donut place next to the parking lot has the best coffee and kolaches, and kung fu tea next to it has the most incredible pho.

I had specifically requested an extra hour to finish some work, but the staff informed my wife that she needed to exit the room by 11 a.m. because they could not accommodate the request. As a result, she had to wait in the lobby until I finished work. I feel disappointed that the staff did not provide the flexibility for my wife to remain comfortable until I was able to join her.

When we got to the room I removed to couch cushions to make the bed out for my son, under the cushions was old food and clothes. We went down to the front desk and she said she was sorry and that we could square things up IN The morning and housekeeping would come clean 1st thing. At 9 o’clock in the am I was told that I chose to stay in the room so they were not going to do anything to make it right and housekeeping had yet to show up to clean. Very unprofessional and rude! Won’t be going back EVER.
