  This place was a really nice get away. It felt very upscale. I received the best customer service from all the people I interacted with. The food at their restaurant was excellent as well. Shout out to the cook!!! To the following: Dovey, Rafael, JJ, Audrey, Lia and Louis. Promote ahead of peers!!! Thank you all for the being the best at what you do. 🫶🏾🫶🏾 Love the atmosphere as well.

  Love the Warwick hotels. The bar in this hotel is particularly lively and definitely the highlight! We had a great stay despite the unexpected tornado!

  Leather Seat Left with Multiple Tears While in Valet Possession – No Accountability Unfortunately, my experience with the valet service, Lone Star Valet, during my stay at Warwick is extremely disappointing. I arrived at the hotel and handed my Tesla to the valet in excellent condition. The next morning, when the vehicle was returned, I immediately discovered multiple large tears in the leather of my front passenger seat. The vehicle had been in the exclusive possession of the valet overnight, so I promptly reported the damage to management of the hotel as well as valet. Unfortunately, I have not owned the car long enough to have valet mode or sentry mode set up yet, which means I don’t have the ability to review in-car video footage from that time. However, I was able to review the Tesla energy usage data, which shows spikes on the graph as well as orange and green patterns of acceleration and regenerative breaking, indicating changes in speed after the vehicle was in valet’s possession and 5.8 miles driven on my vehicle from the time I dropped it off to the following morning. The Risk Manager of Lone Star Valet, Nick Clonts, response was to review surveillance footage and claim the car was parked and not driven after being dropped off. That does not address the issue that the vehicle was damaged while it was under their care and control. He refuses to consider the information I provided as evidence for activity. Instead of taking responsibility and working toward a reasonable solution, the company has focused entirely on denying any activity within my vehicle while it was in their care. They deny any energy use, even after presenting the data showing the graph and drop in battery life, and deny the possibility that my car was moved off property. It’s worth mentioning the hotel hosted a wedding as well as popular piano bar singer, which made for a large volume of guests and activity in and out of the parking lot that evening and late into the night. I requested that the valet company share the surveillance footage they referenced, as it could help clarify what happened while the vehicle was in their possession. That request was declined as well. Instead of working collaboratively to understand how the damage occurred and resolve it reasonably, the response has been a denial of responsibility. When guests hand their vehicle to valet service, there is an expectation that the car will be returned in the same condition it was received. I would strongly encourage future guests to document the condition of their vehicle before handing it over to this valet service, as you may otherwise find yourself in a similar position. Accidents can happen, but what matters is how a company navigates the customer experience and handles the situation after. My experience with Lone Star Valet while staying at the Warwick Hotel is deeply disappointing.
