    My experience was horrible. Had to change rooms due to bugs and hair in the shower and then the room i was switched to sounded like someone was in the attack or walking on the roof & the furniture is disgusting very poor cleanliness. I highly do NOT recommend this place to stay!! Wasn't even worth $50!!!! Must I add absolutely NOTHING ROMANTIC about it!!!

    Not For people with class or Money!!! I love me a 4/5 star hotel but unfortunately none have large sized jacuzzi’s in the room.Well booked this because of the pics and me and my hubby pulled up at like 9pm to get my booked room and it was so many cars there like they was renting these room hourly.I didn’t have to step a foot in the room to know This was not my style.Im a virgin hotel Omni hotel person and when we went to get our keys the attendant was like in a booth and was so rude.I heard people complaining and driving with load music I didn’t even care to get a refund.I didn’t think I was going to make it through out the night.This is not what you think. Harry Hines took this over if you know what I mean.

    When we arrived the attendant that helped us was rude and more interesting in the phone call or show he was watching. When we got to our room it appeared that all they had done was wash the sheets and put out fresh towels. There was lipstick on the headboard and the nightstand was also dirty. There was stuff permanently stuck on the floor? Plus they clearly hadn't cleaned the floor. Maybe the deluxe rooms are better but I wont be returning to find out. The rag pictured was used to wipe down surfaces you would touch or put clothes on.

    I can’t stand their TV has no volume the remote didn’t work the phone didn’t work the satisfaction guarantee wasn’t their idk I feel tricked 👍 I should have got a refund or credit for another night everything that was listed on booking was not their it’s like I was just scammed they have a good place but I would do some things differently to make it a 5 star hotel I didn’t even get offered a champagne 🍾 bottle I guess it’s not important
