  I went with both my kids and husband, my kids loved it and overall they had an amazing time…. But as our first time we had the worse first impression from staff… we got there and there was 5 people standing by the cashier, not a single person welcomed us or asked if we needed tickets. So I proceeded to show the girl ( a short girl with black hair not sure if she was Hispanic but she looked Hispanic) pictures of our tickets she started scanning with the worse attitude and she was looking at my kids like if she was annoyed of them. She didn’t explain anything or talked to me (like I said it was our first time going) when it was time to take our picture she just kept looking at us with this nasty face. Like girl if you don’t like kids crying or screaming go and find yourself another job bc this is not the place to be giving parents attitude bc of how kids act, you never know if a kid has a disability or not.

  Great play area for my toddler. The peppa pig world really comes to life! There are even loose toy objects spread around like mail, shopping lists, and toy produce that the kids can carry around. My toddler figured out the mail and packages belong in the mail truck, shopping lists in the grocery, and toy produce could be brought into the house to make sandwiches. It was awesome seeing her brain make connections while running around to bring the objects to the right places. Would recommend a weekday, as the weekends seemed really packed and crowded.

  We had fun here and the place was probably great when it was first built. Now, most of the interactive buttons are broken, the muddy puddle area is stained and gross and some of the toys have been duct taped. It really needs some maintenance! Make sure you have socks with grippers for the kids, they no longer sell them.

  We witnessed a complete disgrace here today and were shocked by the management's lack of action. There was a couple engaging in extremely inappropriate, borderline harassment-level physical contact right in front of children. They were openly kissing in the back room and continued their behavior at the dining table, where the man was grabbing the woman's waist and lifting her chest. The 'man' was sniffing and kissing the woman everywhere constantly, as if he were seeing a woman for the first time in his life. ​Because of these explicit and inappropriate scenes, I was forced to take my children out of the room immediately. I was constantly anxious, trying to make sure my children didn't go near them or witness any more of this behavior. If you want to have sex, do it in your own home! This is a children's play area; no one has the right to act so immorally in front of kids. ​You can verify these events by reviewing your security camera footage. Furthermore, I have captured some of these moments myself and can provide the images to you so you can fully grasp the severity of the situation. Despite reporting the situation to the staff, they just wandered around and did absolutely nothing. Isn't it your responsibility to protect the moral and safe environment for these children? ​I am sorry for being so explicit, but I had to write this so you could fully understand the severity of the situation. We will be coming back here again; I hope that next time you will take the necessary precautions against such immoral behavior. Date: March 1st Time: 2 PM
