  Went here on a school trip. Rooms are spacious and nice and they have good breakfast option. However, if you like taking long hot showers, do NOT come here. All of my classmates had issues with the hot water. We would have to wait a long time for the water to start to heat up and sometimes even have to turn it off and on repeatedly.

  It's not an easily seen location and you have to turn right into it after an intersection. Nice customer service, parking was good. Highways are fast and busy beside it.

  This hotel was okay. We only got a busy tone for the front desk and I was alone with three kids. Pool was closed for cleaning during the day the week of spring break. When I arrived they said I couldn't use my cash app card so my brother paid for everything with his bank card. That night at the hotel while we slept they attempted to charge my cash app card and have us pay again. But at checking said their. Systems can't charge cash app cards, I have proof. Overall we would not stay here again. Staff was very confused. Also said deposit was $25 when we paid, then immediately charged us a $55 deposit per room.

  Horrible hotel! The only reason they have booking is because they are right off highway! First day could not even get extra towels because they had none! We had two towels in our room for 5 people. The night staff was rude when we checked as well as some of the day crew was very rude. Will not stay here again, especially after seeing the way the AGM does nothing to fix anybodies problems on here.

  I stayed with this hotel for two nights to visit my best friend for my birthday. I got there everything was amazing until I woke up this morning with bedbug bites. I advised the front desk house keeping came in and checked found a bug, took a video and sent it to the front desk and tried to kill it before I could even look at it and was told I would get a full refund and they’d pay for me to get a new hotel room Somewhere else because they were sold out. Then after pest control half ass checked the bed and the box spring said it was no bed bugs. He never checked the couch or the flooring nothing. I was then told I would not be getting a refund. My experience was horrible and it’s disappointing and disgusting.
