  A hidden gem for a trip to Dallas, TX. It's about 20 mins from downtown & other suburbs. We stayed 2 nights. Rooms were very clean, bedding & pillows were soft & shower pressure was perfect. The front desk was so friendly every time we needed to work with them. Check in & Check out was very easy. The pool was clean & nice to have for the kids. Continental breakfast each morning was amazing. Fresh eggs/omelets, pancakes, sausage/bacon, toaster for your bread, oatmeal, yogurt, fruits & various cereals with milk, juices & coffee selections. The lobby area was clean & roomy. If we ever came back we would definitely stay here again.

  The location was perfect, you could see the Dallas skyline from our window. Hot breakfast with fresh pancakes, pastries, Greek yogurt, sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, fruit, and cinnamon rolls was delicious and kid approved. Several lively local restaurants within walking distance. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds and pillows. Kids LOVED the indoor pool after a full day in the city they could play until 10pm. We even had a flat tire and the front desk staff coordinated with the maintenance staff to help us air up our tire with their air compressor. Above and beyond customer service. We will definitely stay here again!

  Let my experience be a notion of what to expect. I booked this room well over a month in advance in preparation for a cross-country trip with my wife. It was $123. Easy. We arrive as scheduled, and the woman working the front desk didn’t mention an additional $100 charge for our service animal (which is illegal), so when I noticed the charge, I came back to the desk and asked about it. She said “oh, it must have been automated when I typed in you have a service animal in the notes). Already a red flag. She assured me it would be refunded when I checked out the next morning. THEN, I noticed an additional random $250 charge, that nobody has an answer for. Bear in mind, we stayed a single night and were exemplary guests. In total, I have a receipt for $123, and they took $498 total. In addition to this, the manager didn’t have the spine to contact me directly, and instead used his staff to try and communicate with me when this is CLEARLY above them. They still have not returned the additional funds, nor did they comp the room which they absolutely should have under the circumstances. Now I have to get my attorney involved. Stay far away from these people. Update: The manager is now stating that our service animal was left unattended as stated in his response below, which is completely false. Take accountability for your lack of leadership and the miscommunication between your staff.

  Checked in this hotel prior to traveling last minute they tell me they won't accept any of my cards chime venmo my bank card because they hadn't sent the one with my name on it 🙃 so im 10 hours away with 2 kids she said she can charge my cards but also need cash on top of the card payments make that make sense so you cant use my card but you can charge them? Then on top of that she said it will take several days to go back on your card...So I was like well then cancel my rooms obviously 🙄 they approved it with out fees next thing you know next day their charging my venmo card repeatedly and kept trying several times how weird and I would not recommend booking here!

  Let me start by saying the staff at this hotel provided excellent service. All staff members treated us great with a friendly attitude. The rooms are average, and about what you’d expect for this level of hotel. The area around this hotel, however, left us a little unsettled. Our first night of four night stay featured a deafening engine roar drag race at 3:00am. The next evening, we ate at Boomer Jack’s Grill, and were treated to an impromptu car/motorcycle show featuring approximately 200 Honda civics with park benches attached to the trunk and street bikes roaring up and down the parkway. The Dallas PD showed up in force and began ticketing and arresting the racers as they fled in mass, quite the show. The low income areas just adjacent this hotel feature a lot of strip clubs, check cashing establishments, liquor stores, etc.; all necessary services, but I point this out to paint a picture. We had to stay for a stay-and-play volleyball tournament, but would not voluntarily return again.
