    Thank you for the opportunity to write a review and warn other travelers. This has been the worst experience on a trip to Dallas in my life. Our vehicle was stolen off the parking lot right in front of the hotel in the middle of the day. We just came back to rest and change before dinner and when we went back out the truck was gone. The security and hotel staff have been truly nice and helpful but the lady at the front desk during the last two nights was as incompetent as you can possibly be. Originally, the first night when we arrived she insisted that we had one room instead of two, didn’t care to look up the booking number until we insisted several times. Just continue to say I only see one room, etc. Then the next day when our truck was stolen and we tried to request the security tape and for her to notify the manager so they wouldn’t delete it, she kept on saying that she will let the manager know but couldn’t do anything. Last, we try to check again at 10pm and she said that she had been slam with work but that she will do it before 11pm and took notes eventhough there was no longer anybody there and the next morning they still had no idea this had even happened. I have no choice but to write this review to warn others because we are at the end of our stay and we still haven’t gotten any information, or spoken to any management eventhough we filed a police report, and tried to notify both Holiday Inn and IGH. We still haven’t seen the tape, have any idea if it’s already being deleted, or talked to any manager although all this happened at first on a Friday not even weekend. This last morning a different person was at the front desk which has been trying to help but by now I’m truly disappointed by the hotel and also both Holiday Inn and IGH customer service capabilities. I just hope that thanks to the review maybe this will not happen to other travelers. We filed a police report and are still trying to notify Trip, Holiday Inn, IGH, Google and anybody that directed us to this place.

    We had an excellent stay at this Holiday Inn. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained from the moment I checked in. The staff was awesome, friendly, and made me feel welcome throughout our visit. Breakfast was good, fresh, and the dining area was also kept very clean. We did not have a single issue during our stay, which made the whole experience even better. I would gladly stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.

    When I entered the room it smelled like sewage in there. When I called up to the front desk they said that's normal. Our sheets were dirty and one of the pillow cases had blood on it. I have pictures to prove it. Then when we wake up for breakfast they're hardly wasn't anything available. When I asked the lady there she said the truck didn't come in with the supplies. So everything just pointed to never stay here again. I guess the only good thing is the ac worked great in the rooms but that's about it cause room service never came and serviced our room or brought out more towels. I had to get those myself..

    My first experience booking directly through IHG will also be my last. I reserved a King Suite on the 25th for a stay on the 28th and even paid for the upgrade through the app. Upon arrival, I was told that my upgraded room had been given to another guest because the hotel had oversold. I received no communication about this beforehand and was simply told I would be charged the original room rate instead. At checkout, the front desk clerk casually told me to call a manager to resolve the issue—completely unprofessional. No apology, no compensation, no extra points—nothing. I remained calm and polite, but it seems that only someone making a scene would have been taken seriously. Even worse, the room’s TVs were outdated and displayed the UHD error. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and IHG has lost my business. I booked directly through their platform and still got treated like an afterthought. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for better service and reliability.
