As a world traveler with over 1.5 million points in my IHG account this is absurd and wrong.

Everyone we met when out of their way to be nice, from the evening and morning reception staff to the evening restaurant and morning breakfast crew. The manager has done a really good job hiring here. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The location is convenient to the medical centers. I found it to be a great value. The above said, I agree with those saying the outdoor lights are obnoxious, but given the neighborhood, I think they’re appropriate for avoiding car break-ins. Bring a sleep mask if you want to sleep in darkness.
