- SSscott scottDec 30, 20251.0I booked this hotel because it was closest to the stadium for the Cotton Bowl, but I am having a business emergency and had to cancel my trip and the hotel even with over 24 hour notice is refusing to refund the funds paid. As a world traveler with over 1.5 million points in my IHG account this is absurd and wrong.
