She goes above and beyond without ever being asked. She treats guests like she’s known them for years, shows genuine empathy, and never stops working to make sure everyone feels welcome and cared for. On top of all that, she’s hilarious. She has a way of keeping kids entertained and putting adults at ease with her humor, which makes every interaction feel natural and genuinely fun. Nicole has taken care of us on every visit, and it’s clear she brings that same energy to every family she interacts with.
