  My daughter absolutely loved this place and had a blast. She’s three years old so she didn’t notice the dirty tables along with the overflowing trash in the bathroom. The bathroom was disgusting and so was the floor by the snack area. They never cleaned the tables or swept for the 3 hours we were there and not for a lack of staff because lots of employees were wandering around. Please do better as we would love to come back soon!

  El aire acondicionado adentro es tan frío que necesitas llevar un suéter o sudadera para tolerarlo. El parque es pequeño, para estar un par de horas máximo. No es lo mismo que "Peppa pig theme park".

  This was a decent experience. This is one large room, sectioned off with about 6 to 7 different activities for the kids to participate/play with. There is also a small concession stand inside with limited seating. Adults must pay & are required to be inside with the child.

  Great indoor Peppa Pig World of Play inside the Grapevine Mall. Drove here from Austin to visit this! It was fun and thoroughly enjoyed by my 3 year old granddaughter. Would recommend. Military discount if purchased online prior to arrival. Saves some money. Have to google military discount - they don’t advertise it. Would recommend. Tomorrow it’s Peppa Pig Amusement Park close by.

  I will say I was scared to come after I read all the reviews about it being boring and the staff being terrible. My experience was good though, I think that this is meant for kids who like creative play. This is imaginative fun. Its not a place to let your kid go run around so you can stare at your phone. You play pretend, encourage play etc. There are some little "playground" type areas but they aren't big enough to accommodate hours of fun free play. Probably 20-30 minutes each. We spent a lot of time pretending in the house and "working" at the tricycle station. The staff was very nice to us today (12/8) so maybe the mean people were all off work? I do think it's stupid that parents have to pay too, and honestly the only reason we came is that we got the black friday bundle season passes so its "free" . If they made parents free, they'd get more children visiting, and allow more people access to fun play. The economy is already hard, at the end of the day this only punishes the less fortunate children. 3 stars because the concept is great; however, pricing is a bit absurd unless you have discount code/ season pass etc. Also, the soft play items really need to be scrubbed. All of them are dirty. I'm talking climbing areas, the soft duck pond puzzle etc. Please. Clean it. We can tell you haven't.
