  I stayed with this hotel for two nights to visit my best friend for my birthday. I got there everything was amazing until I woke up this morning with bedbug bites. I advised the front desk house keeping came in and checked found a bug, took a video and sent it to the front desk and tried to kill it before I could even look at it and was told I would get a full refund and they’d pay for me to get a new hotel room Somewhere else because they were sold out. Then after pest control half ass checked the bed and the box spring said it was no bed bugs. He never checked the couch or the flooring nothing. I was then told I would not be getting a refund. My experience was horrible and it’s disappointing and disgusting.

  I will never stay here again. We stayed on the 4th floor and was in the room 15 minutes when the room below started calling about us being too loud. We were literally walking in and putting up our luggage. So either the room were cheaply built in one room or they have never stayed in a hotel before. Then they did it again on our last night. We have NEVER has this problem at a Hilton or Marriott. At some point, the front desk should have moved them if we were bothering them but instead kept bothering us while we were trying to sleep. Breakfast was ok.

  Really clean and nice rooms. Bathrooms are huge and it’s a perfect place for business conferences.

  Okay for Starters the check in was kinda iffy had weird vibes second of all the rooms looked good at first glance my wife and I where getting ready to call it a night and my wife told me we should check our sheets before laying down and so we did and sure enough we saw bed bugs and a strand of hair that was not my wifes hair so we scurried down with all our luggage and the front desk person was very understanding and helpful which made it kinda better knowing that we where being heard out and not shrugged off like other reviews say but never the less sorry Holiday inn you lost a customer wish it couldve ended better but that being said Please Please look before laying down in your sheets or before placing your luggage on the bed

  My experience in this hotel was so horrible. Me and my husband found bed bugs and a peace of hair in our bed, which was not my hair. Service was okay, it could have been better in the beginning but they were understanding In the end when we ask for a refund. I do not recommend staying in his Hotel.
