    The ladies and l wined down for the night after a time in town. The bed were comfortable, room clean and staff was very professional. We did a old school sleepover talk laugh sip dance made slippers and ate birthday cake. Nice spacey room, we really enjoyed the stay.🎶🍷👠

    Not very happy with our stay. To start off, they charged us to park in the parking lot. Then while playing in the pool my son cut his toes on a broken ladder and they did not have any first aid equipment. Their were also Cockroaches, and when returning to our room after eating breakfast, at 8:30am the cleaning people were in our room cleaning so we could not use it for the remaining 2.5 hours of our paid for stay. Not to mention the breakfast juice was mostly water and the pancake machine is only for looks, it does not work. I didn't give it one star because, besides the cockroaches, it was pretty clean.

    The bathroom was dirty, the carpet and furniture were visibly stained, and the air conditioning did not work. The towels were extremely thin and worn and barely usable. To make things worse, the window and window sill were covered in fruit flies--which was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic. In addition to the cleanliness and maintenance issues, the hotel’s website falsely advertises that its rooms have in-room safes. When I asked about this at the front desk, I was told that none of the rooms have safes. This lack of honesty, combined with the poor condition of my room, made for a very negative experience. I do not recommend this hotel.

    To whom it may concern, I originally booked a two night stay for a business trip. I completed my 2 night stay and left my luggage and clothes at the hotel on the day I was supposed to check out. I meant to extend my stay and completely forgot to inform the front desk. I was called by the front desk around noon and told I forgot a black case in the room. I informed them of my intentions to extend my stay and after they checked my method for booking they informed me they could extend my stay. I arrived at the hotel at 10pm as my work extended into the evening and checked in at the front desk as I assumed they would need to reactivate my room cards for access. The front desk informed me they had my luggage case and were unable to process my payment with the method on file. I was told I could extend my room for $129 and opted to book my own room via the app as it was a better rate if I did. They received my reservation and put me in the exact same room. I grabbed my luggage and went to my room. It wasn’t until I walked into my room I realized that when I left earlier that morning I had dirty laundry that I left in the room in a drawer. Which as I walked into the room and found that it wasn’t there. I opened my luggage and found that it had been gone through and my dirty laundry was thrown with my clean laundry. I believe not only should I have a received a call when they couldn’t process my payment but my luggage should not have been gone through. The clothes which was obviously warn should have been properly stored in a laundry bag like the one in the closet. The customer service needs more improvement. Also please address the skunk smell at the front entrance. It seems to be coming from different guests every night sitting on the bench in front of the entrance.
