When we arrived, she greeted us warmly, making us feel truly welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hotel is in a great location—downtown Dallas is just 5 minutes away, and restaurants and shopping are within a 2-minute walk. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, with 24-hour coffee a great bonus. Angela’s personal touch made our stay truly memorable!

Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made the stay more pleasant. That said, cleanliness was a real letdown. The bathroom in particular needs more attention. As shown in the photos, the shower head had heavy buildup and the shower rail was also dirty, which made it uncomfortable to use. On top of that, the in room coffee machine could not be used because of visible buildup and rust inside, raising concerns about cleanliness. This hotel has potential, especially because of the great staff, but better cleaning and maintenance would make a big difference. The service was great, but the condition of the shower and coffee machine took away from the overall experience.

The hotel itself is very well kept and quiet. The staff is awesome and very hospitable. I would definitely recommend this Holiday Inn for anyone looking for a place that is conveniently located to lots of places in the D/FW area.
