  We stayed one night and it was hard to get to this hotel. Google maps had us make a u turn to get to the entrance. There is not a lighted sign at the entrance so easy to go past. Our room was nice but in the morning the blow dryer in the room did not work. Also no ice on our floor. I was trying to find a place to fill our water bottles and went to the gym water fountains and hall water fountains which did not work. Went to the breakfast area and had to fill them there. Surprised I was charged for parking. I did not see that when I booked.

  It was great! Full complimentary breakfast bar with eggs, sausage etc. beds comfy. Rooms clean. Staff very kind. Location was eh, gps took us to the warehouse behind it. But easily found to go from there.

  Nice place to stay. Directions by Google were misleading due to construction on 635. But the hotel is great.

  Even though there were things that were disappointing about this 3-day stay, it wasn’t horrible. I’ve been to many IHG hotels but this one was in most need of repair, maintenance, and attention. From the lights out on the building signage, to the tub faucet shooting off during my shower, the shower curtain tearing apart and it not long enough to keep water from dripping on the floor, to no working water (drinking) fountains, the sliding barn door about to come loose off the wall, the main door had to be shoved to close it, and the safe didn’t work. Oh, and we had a giant cockroach in the shower. And the ironing board was too tall to fit in the cabinet so it had to be at an angle which didn’t leave room for hanging clothes…dumb. Generally I didn’t feel the facility was clean but the beds were clean and comfortable, and that’s why we were here…to sleep…and we were able to do that quite well. The room was spacious! Breakfast was mostly fine but the pancake machine didn’t work the whole time. Be aware that it is next to the freeway, also next to train tracks, and Google Maps tries to take you into the industrial area behind the hotel, but you cannot access the hotel from there so be sure to enter off of Kingsley. My post has a lot of negatives in it, but honestly, the staff was polite and friendly, and we slept fine, and that’s what really matters.
