The slim pale front desk lady has the most unfriendly, chaotic, passive aggressive energy I've ever seen. Some highlights of what she said when I checked in on November 15th around 6:30pm:
*Scene: Employee hangs up phone after whining about someone named Sheila*
Her: "Next. And what's wrong with you guys?"
Us: Nothings wrong. We are just trying to checkin.
Her: "Next time you reserve online, you need to call to make sure we actually have space."
What? I've never had to do this when reserving.
Rooms were great, breakfast was awesome. But one employee can ruin it all. Even the way she talked to other guest made them feel uncomfortable. She's on the brink of tears because a trashcan is full the next day. Won't recommend this place because of one employee.

Holiday Inn chains generally have standardized management. The color of the bed sheets and quality control are generally at a moderate level. The breakfast selection offers several more options than those in the lower-tier category. Bacon, fruit, and egg rolls are my favorite breakfast. The WiFi signal in the room is just a bit weak. It's basically hard to connect. The bathroom sink design is a bit flawed; it keeps overflowing.

By far one of the worst IHG experiences I have ever had. If I could give a 0-star rating, I would. Upon checking in, I discovered dirty sheets on the bed, hair in the sink and shower, and a lingering bad odor in the room. I requested a room change from the front desk clerk, who then assigned me to a room with an open door, which remained a problem throughout my stay. The new room's bathroom was equally unsatisfactory, with a dirty shower, only two large towels, and one washcloth. The front desk clerk, who displayed a poor attitude and remained on her phone, informed me that guests are limited to two towels per day. It is clear that housekeeping requires additional training and needs to maintain a more professional atmosphere while cleaning guest rooms, including keeping music at a reasonable volume. Could go on with what were the negative comments made not only by the GM herself but also the front desk clerk who checked me in. Would not recommend this hotel.

Quick check in and out, room was clean, good size, comfy bed and pillows, strong water pressure in the shower, enough toiletries, ample free parking and near the airport.

I was in this hotel for a couple of nights, the rooms were okay but the reception and the people working at breakfast they don’t give a rats if you ask something!l I explained them if there was anything to eat as plant base and the only unpleasant unswer was not really but we have turkey sousages ! I don’t understand why they don’t provide any plant based food, only one banana and 1 apple! Pretty disappointing as I paid for breakfast too!!
