  Our family was welcomed by kind staff, we found our room easily, it was clean, and the pillows were fluffy. The breakfast was fine (I am still amazed at all the styrofoam), and the free parking was ample. Don't expect much soundproofing: You can hear every neighbor's door slam. But overall, great value and location.

  My husband and I were traveling from out of town with our children, and let me advise anyone in such a case - do NOT stay at this hotel. They literally have signs saying to take all of your things out of the car or someone will take them for you. I would not at all recommend if you are traveling as a family. We didn't even get out of the car and immediately found another hotel in a better location.

  We accidentally left the pile of clothes here. We immediately reported it and asked if we could come get them the next day since we were already two hours down the road. They said they “didn’t find them”. In other words the housekeeping took them imo. We followed up multiple times for reimbursement and never got anything.

  We came for my husband to attend the NARBC show. The hotel was across the street from the event! Thank you for being the host hotel. Our room was very nice, you had a nice selection of items for breakfast & your front desk employee gave great recommendations for a place for dinner! Thank you!

  This our second stay at this hotel. Hotel is older and in need of updates. Rooms are muggy for the duration of the stay and lack any airflow. Rooms also have a awkward outdated layout. Customer service is lacking, I asked upon check in if they could put friends arriving a little later next to us or on the same floor, I was told they would notate that in their file. Upon arrival, they stated they could not accommodate. I also asked to be put away from the noisy elevators and was not accommodated. A couple trying to move in and around the bathroom is out of the equation. Rooms are noisy and you can here all hall traffic and rooms next to you. There is also on going construction and parts of the parking lot are roped off with caution tape. This is poorly executed and is not convenient for customer arrival. Location and price on this location is going to be your best option as far as close to downtown and free parking. Location, free parking, and nightly rate raises this to three stars. Room, customer service drops this the most.
