We were shuttled to the airport free of charge which was nice. The four of us were gone on vacation for 14 days. When we returned our friend's vehicle was gone and video footage showed it being stolen. The thieves are still at large and the hotel is not taking any responsibility for it at all. We will not use this motel again nor recommend it to anyone.

She is brand ambassador of Holiday Inn in my opinion. Overall housekeeping is outstanding. Restaurant staff were fantastic. I am very appreciative of all the folks.
