- JVJuanita Vera5 days ago5.0From the moment I walked in, the hotel felt so relaxing. The lobby and hallways smelled clean and calming, which was such a relief after a long, stressful travel day. The room itself was spotless and fully stocked with everything I needed. The pool was clear and well maintained, which made for a nice little break. The staff really made the stay stand out, from the friendly front desk receptionist to the helpful cleaning lady, the shuttle driver, and even the staff whose names I didn’t catch. Everyone was genuinely kind and seemed happy to be there. We were even greeted with free cupcakes when we arrived, which was such a sweet touch. Overall, this was a great experience, especially for a hotel near the airport. It definitely isn’t your typical “airport hotel.” I booked it because my flight was canceled, but honestly, I’d choose it again on purpose if I’m ever in the area.

However, I did experience a very uncomfortable and unprofessional staff member at the front desk. Desiree was her name. Communication, customer service and overall home training needs to be addressed with this person. The way this person treats customers and other work staff is disheartening. The staff at the bar, housekeeping and other front desk staff were very descent people.
