  Had a pleasant stay, the room did have some issues, the lamp didn't work, wine all over wall, closet door kept falling off track, bathroom was not to the cleanest standards, and the refrigerator I found out later didn't cool to safe food after I spent 20 on a sandwich and it was wasted the following day, now the bed was amazing, was peaceful in my room, maid took care of my needs on a daily basis, the bar and lounge could use more help but was overall a great experience, the morning breakfast was incredible with the lovely Claudia greeting me every morning and calling me by name and even went out of her way to accommodate me on a day I was late getting to breakfast, Lamar who checked me in on my first day then became my personal driver for the week was absolutely professional and courteous, these people made my stay even better and made me not worry about the small details of the things that weren't 100% ,

  The staff is amazing! Everyone is so incredibly kind, helpful, and remembers me and my preferences. Erika at the bar is fantastic! Such a wonderful bartender and provides great personal service. Claudia and Jesus were so cheerful each morning at breakfast. Sam and Lamar were taking care of details at the front desk. So thankful for their kindness during my stay.

  Several issues compromised the quality and safety of my visit: - Room Odor: The rooms had a persistent smell of marijuana. - Parking Access: The parking lot entry card was unreliable and only worked half of the time. - Safety Hazard: On the second day, the shower malfunctioned, emitting boiling hot water after one minute of use. This resulted in a burn on my leg. Despite two visits from a technician, the issue remained unresolved, and the technician eventually stated it could not be fixed. - Food Quality: We encountered molded fruit during the breakfast buffet on our second day (please see picture) In each instance, the front desk responded by stating the issues would be escalated to management; however, I have yet to see any meaningful resolution or follow-up. Given the recurring nature of these complaints on here, it appears these concerns are not being addressed with the necessary urgency.

  I was travelling back home from visiting my daughter in Lake Havasu, in which the closest airport, Las Vegas, is 2 hrs away. After the 2 hr drive, my flight was delayed, so by the time I got to Denver, my connecting flight had already left, so I had to wait 3 hours for the next flight to Dallas. Once I arrived in Dallas there were no more flights going out until the next morning. I was exhausted and just needed to rest, so my husband booked me a room online, and I got an Uber to take me to the hotel. I attempted to check in to my room and was told I had to have the physical card with which the reservation was made. My husband made the reservation with his card; he was not travelling with me! They also would not take cash! I was so upset and so tired. I do not understand why I couldn't just go to the room and lie down to rest for a few hours if the room was reserved and paid for already. I had to call another Uber for a ride back to the airport where I slept on a couch all night. I was told by the front desk that there would be NO REFUND, and they listed me as a NO SHOW! I have attempted on two separate occasions to contact management to try and resolve the issue but had to leave a voicemail to which my call has yet to be returned. I will NEVER book another hotel. It's Airbnb for me from now on.
