  Highly recommend going anywhere else for this price. Super friendly staff but there wasn't hot water for the shower, the ac did not work at all nothing in the room made any sense. Couldn't even get a cup of coffee without having to rearrange the room for a plug.somethjng else that absolutely irked me was having to pay for parking whenever the price of the room was so high for no reason whatsoever. I genuinely recommend going anywhere else for the price over the lack of quality.

  Our rooms were ok. We had two adjoining rooms and they were decent, but could use updated. I appreciated the encasements on the mattresses. The furniture is quite worn and one of our rooms was missing a refrigerator. The room was pretty clean, but could have been cleaner. Then again, it’s hard to meet my cleanliness expectations. For a Crowne Plaza, I’d expect more. Brian at the front desk offered a welcoming smile and attitude and provided excellent customer service.

  I just want to say my stay has been pleasant. The location is super convenient from the airport and downtown Dallas. The rooms were clean, the food was good and the pool was open which was our main reason for booking. Also, I just want to say Brian at the front desk was super helpful. He went above and beyond to help me and my family get situated and gave us some great recommendations during our stay.

  Everything about my stay was great—the room was perfect! I especially want to recognize DeAndris at the front desk. He is respectful, knowledgeable, and truly great at what he does. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcomed and at home, and he even checked to see if there was anything else I needed to make my stay more comfortable. When I arrived there was a line at the front desk, but DeAndris handled everything quickly and efficiently. He got everyone checked in smoothly, and the whole process was fast and easy thanks to him. His professionalism and great attitude are definitely one of the reasons I’ll be coming back. Thank you, DeAndris, for the excellent service!

  This was my first time staying at the Crowne Plaza, and it was a wonderful experience. Tamika at the front desk truly set the tone for my stay. She was incredibly friendly, upbeat, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made my stay enjoyable. She was also very accommodating and made sure I had everything I needed. Customer service like that makes a lasting impression, and Tamika definitely represents the hotel well. Because of her hospitality and the great experience overall, I will absolutely be staying here again in the future.
