She has went above and beyond for me and my family during our stay here! She's definitely the best and we truly appreciate her for everything!!!! We absolutely love Tamika!!!❤️❤️

I ate at the bar and Erika was outstanding, cheery and always on top of things. Had the small plate tacos and they were good. Overall a nice stay, especially for the price!

I was eating alone, and although she had quite a few customers, she checked in on me frequently and even visited a bit. I come to Dallas regularly and I will continue to stay here when I do.

My son lost his tarp star bran bag there which inside was some of his useful stuff, and the staff confirmed it is at the maintenance locker, But even after contacting and sending someone several times to pick it up, they never returned it. It’s really upsetting and stressful to deal with such unhelpful and careless service. I expected honesty and responsibility from a well-known hotel like Crowne Plaza. Totally unprofessional and disappointing experience.
