  Got charged twice - Tried to tell me my credit card was declined after I had already checked in and gotten room keys (wild!) - even though my app said it was pending too. Had to put the cost on a debit card; then call my credit card company to not charge my credit card. Also - never gave me my parking pass after paying for parking in the garage. Loud construction and barely working elevators for the entire stay. It was a couple miles away from where my event was, but there were many other options. if you have a personal or work event in town don’t feel forced to stay here.

  I would give 0 stars if I could - because he supervisor cancelled our reservation in front of us. We arrived at midnight after a flight only to be told that the room we reserved wasn't available and they were overbooked for the night and had no available rooms. When we asked how they were going to resolve this for us, the supervisor Eric got incredibly rude. He went upstairs to check for an available room, came back and told us he found one - but that it was a double and not a king. When we asked how we would be compensated for not receiving the room we booked - he CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION on the spot. Zero customer service here. Eric was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Stay literally anywhere else.

  J’ai séjourné 5 nuitées et j’ai pu constater la qualité du service. Je suis très déçu de l’accueil : le personnel de la réception était constamment agacé, et cela se voyait clairement et il le montrait au visage. Aucun effort n’a été fait pour aider... Au contraire, je sentais de leur oart une volonté de bloquer.. J'ai senti aussi une discrimination de leur part en étant un voyageur venant d'en dehors des USA La chambre n’était nettoyée qu’un jour sur deux, et je n’ai reçu qu’une seule bouteille d’eau pour tout le séjour... Il semble que le tips n'ont pas étaient suffisants!!! La seule personne aimable a été la réceptionniste présente le matin du 21 novembre. Je remercie également le manager qui nous a aidés à imprimer nos documents, malgré le manque d’attention du personnel de la réception. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel à ceux qui souhaitent être traités avec respect en tant que clients qui payent leur séjour et qui sont accueilli avec les grimaces.

  Very disappointed with our stay. The room had a strong unpleasant smell, the bed was old and uncomfortable, and the bathroom had visible mold. The bed even had blood stains, and the carpet clearly wasn’t vacuumed. On top of that, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful when I asked for assistance. The front desk lady was arguing with me the moment I called to report the issues, even though I wasn’t trying to argue at all. There were also many homeless individuals around the hotel, which made the area feel unsafe. The only good thing about this place is the location, but everything else made the stay stressful and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel. I really wanted to add a pictures, for some reason couldn’t.

  It was really crowded upon our arrival a customer was complaining without any resolution. We check in and headed to our room which was extremly hot we call service and waited for an hour and they didn’t not show up We left in hope the room just needed time to cool off. After 2 hrs we came to a hotter room we call service and they did not show up my husband went to the lobby and we find the front desk lady smoking weed in the lobby with some we think are under age kids and customers complaining about the loud noice from the ballroom that was more like a night club my husband complain about the room and she said the guy was on round, he told her what about the smoking and she said went quiet, on the elevator guest were smoking as well. We end up getting our room fixed at around 1am. This would have been a great stay but just because the environment vibes it will be a big no for us. I will not recommend staying here with family. Bed was comfortable that’s the only positive I have to say
