  Wonderful hotel for a weekend get away. Entire staff was 5 Star. Lance the Bell Captain was top tier. Wonderful service, very personal, and made sure you felt at home.

  We chose this hotel after specifically touring the property for my fiancé’s 50th birthday celebration. During the tour, we were clearly told that hosting a party would be acceptable as long as everything was quiet and wrapped up by midnight. Fast forward to the actual event—despite complying with their earlier guidance, we were abruptly told at 10 PM (not midnight) that we were being “too loud.” We immediately turned down all music and began asking our guests to leave. While actively doing so, we were escorted out of the property. For a $700 room/night, this experience was not only disappointing but incredibly embarrassing. We are both professionals and were respectful of the space and expectations as they had been communicated to us. If the hotel has strict policies or earlier quiet hours, that should be clearly communicated upfront—not changed in the middle of a private event. Unfortunately, this lack of consistency and professionalism significantly impacted what should have been a special evening.

  I travel quite a bit for business, and this is one of the finest hotels I've stayed at. And the price was, for some reason, way below comparable hotels in Dallas. Place is immaculate, amenities are amazing, and the service is second to none. Anf the area is a great chill, a vacation in its own right.

  Efter tredje vistelsen på Drey återvänder vi gärna igen. Men främst för att vi har familj boende nära hotellet. Gillar design, läge, område mm men det är lite väl kostsamt, särskilt som frukost inte ingår. Stämningen är väldigt god och servicen personlig. Rummen är luftiga och rymliga, sängarna sköna och ganska följsamma, inte stenhårda som på många hotell. Är glad att det ett hotell som Drey som ligger närmat till hands för oss i Dallas och inte något obskyrt skithotell. Men, som sagt, lite kostsamt, det blir inga långa vistelser där pga priset. Frånsett det skulle jag mer än gärna stanna en vecka i taget, eller mer.

  We had a wonderful stay at the Drey Hotel! I booked one of their larger lofts for a night for my husband’s birthday. We had a small group of friends stop by for cocktails and bites, and then we did a 10-course omakase at Kyo Sushi in the hotel’s bar and restaurant. Every single staff member was extremely professional and they made our stay a breeze. Also, we were greeted with a welcome gift which was a very lively thoughtful touch. The loft itself was gorgeous and the location was perfect. It felt like a resort in the middle of Dallas. I loved it even more in person. Overall, I am very happy with my decision to do my husband’s birthday celebration at the Drey. I would 10/10 recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing retreat in the middle of the city. Also, the front desk and valet provided one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you all!
