  Our stay at Crowne Plaza has been one of a kind. In the past 10years it has been one of our favorite stay thus far in Dallas. We visit family frequently and this was super budget friendly but also full service & centrally located. THE BREAKFAST IS AMAZING!!!! Alicia was our server everyday and she was the sweetest. Seriously our favorite part of our stay was breakfast. I only took pictures two out of the 4 days but everyday they had a mix of sides and fresh fruit. Super yummy!!. The chef makes your omelette to your liking or simple eggs your choice. Our room service was also on point. The only downside is having to pay for parking daily. $15 a day obviously adds up.

  Had an absolutely great experience! The rooms were very nice, the restaurant staff were exemplary, waiting on me as if I were royalty. I would especially like to commend the front desk. Everyone was friendly and efficient and of great help. One young man, Om, should be particularly singled out. He is a true asset to Crowne Plaza. I had four rooms reserved and a different groups arrivin8g at separate times for the rooms. He navigated the whole process for me, and when one of the parties did not understand the instructions, he was there on the phone to help fix that. Truly, over the top service. Every hotel clerk should s how the same expertise and friendliness as he did. Whatever Om is getting paid, he's worth a lot more. Thank you.

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Crowne Plaza Dallas Market Center, and a big part of that was thanks to Brian Smith at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, Brian greeted me warmly and acknowledged my IHG status right away, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine willingness to help stood out immediately. He made the check-in process smooth and efficient while also taking the time to ensure all my needs were met. It’s clear that Brian takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. It’s not every day you come across someone who combines friendliness, efficiency, and attention to detail so effortlessly. Brian made my stay even more enjoyable, and I truly appreciate his outstanding service. I will definitely be returning—and I hope to see him there again!

It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about your experience the way he does, and it truly made all the difference. Now let’s talk about the room because WOW. The moment I opened the door, I was blown away. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and radiated pure comfort and elegance. The bed felt like sleeping on a cloud plush, perfectly made, and impossible to leave in the morning. Every detail, from the lighting to the furnishings, was thoughtfully curated to create a calm, luxurious atmosphere. The view? Stunning. The kind that makes you pause and just take it all in. And the service? Absolutely next-level. Room service was lightning fast, perfectly presented, and the food don’t even get me started. Every dish tasted like it came straight out of a high-end restaurant. Fresh, flavorful, and prepared to perfection. Whether it was a quick bite or a full meal, everything exceeded expectations.   IHG. Case # 10472319874 I purchased my room for the evening of 16 March on the IHG website. I arrived at my hotel via my UBER. When I entered the lobby, the gentleman behind the computer at the front desk, Brian, was all by himself except for the 12 people waiting for their rooms. They were all American Airlines passengers with vouchers for their rooms. I have a reservation number that I acquired on the IHG website anticipating a fairly quick check-in. Problem is there are 12 people in front of me. There’s only one person at the desk, Brian. Brian is fair and expects me to get in line with everybody else. The problem is there is no actual line, there is no list of who’s first and who’s last. Simply exhausted people sitting and standing in the lobby. The biggest problem is there is some administrative Computer reservation protocol that Brian has to go through for every American Airlines Voucher for each passenger. Clearly this airline voucher procedure is taking longer than it should and it’s after midnight. Why doesn’t somebody fix this slow airline voucher process? It happens once every month probably? Why doesn’t the hotel offer some snacks and quality beverages or drinks? This happens once a month. Why isn’t another hotel staff kept on “call” or “short notice callout” to assist in situations such as this Certainly the hotel Recognizes an anticipates these airline disturbances that require extra staff for the hotel as well. This is a Crowne Plaza, so I expect a higher level of service. This is not a 30 room Motel 6! But no, one person is left to receive the customers. Fortunately, the customers are able to determine the proper sequence based upon when they arrived to properly & fairly be issued their room keys. I arrived at 15 minutes after midnight and I receive my keys an hour later at 1:15 a.m.! 0115 military time. How about some snacks? It’s after midnight. How about some complementary beverages we are suffering from it being so late & the majority of these people will be getting up early to return to the airport? The restaurants not open. The bar is closed. It took me an hour to get my room key. I departed my room at 0715 which means I paid $135 for 6 hours of hotel room useage or $22.50/hour that I used the room. While I awaited my turn to receive my room key I called the IHG Customer Service line and tried to find out if I could do an electronic check in? Nope that was not possible. I awoke at 0645 the following morning and when I took my shower the water temperature was warm, but It was on full hot and it never increased in temperature so I could say I had a “hot” shower. It was a “warm” shower. When I arrived in the lobby at 0715 to catch the shuttle, Brian was there, but the first staff I engaged with was a middle aged woman behind the computer that was not friendly or helpful at all. Brian did his job well as far as maintaining control and accomplishing his tasks to get us our rooms. Brian told me the shuttles to DAL were on the half hour, but they were on the hour which was problematic. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I would rather have a motel 6 and not have had to wait for my key for an your that late at night. Leaving one person, Brian, to face this situation is cruel as an employer. When I received my room key there were now probably 15 people after me and one of them was a woman with a baby! Brian did a good job! I am disappointed with IHG and Crowne Plaza!
