  I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before and never had any issues, which is why this recent experience was so disappointing. This time, the room was not clean at all. The pillows were especially concerning—they appeared to have stains that looked like makeup or possibly even blood, which is completely unacceptable. I immediately reached out to management and left multiple messages requesting a refund, but no one has responded. The lack of cleanliness combined with the poor customer service and no follow-up has really changed my perception of this hotel. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both their housekeeping standards and communication, because this was far below what I’ve experienced here in the past.

  Buyer beware this Crown Plaza is old, rundown and dirty. The bathrooms are so small if you’re sitting on the toilet and someone opens the door you’ll get hit in the knees! The first room we were placed in had dirty curtains, smelled musty and had a broken coffee table. Outside the hotel are homeless people digging in the hotel trash! In fact we were solicited by 2 homeless people right outside the front doors of the hotel! We came to Dallas for a wedding, we’re relocating! The decor is right out of the disco era. This is a firm NO!

  Wouldn't know other than from the past. What a crappy situation this place put me in. I came up here and paid for a room and since the I'd didnt match they refuse to give me my money back. Im not made of money for sure cant afford to go elsewhere and put forth several hours trying to fix this problem they refuse to consider any solution I tried to come up with. How is it ok not to at least give me a refund instead im sleeping in my car. Please do not trust this place with your money unless you crossed all your tees and ask the one booking you the policy details at least 3 times.

  Pésimo hotel hice 2 reservaciones una por 3 noches y como llegué antes reservé una noche más. Piscina no servía por eso reservé. El seguro de la puerta no servía giraba. Tiraba agua por rejilla de A/C. No tenía tabla de planchar. La presión del agua en baño tanto wc y lavamanos era pésima. Aire acondicionado no servía. El recepcionista de check out le pedí mi recibo y me hizo esperar 30 minutos. No tenía gente para atender y no estaba haciendo nada solo están aplastado en la silla. No entendí su concepto. Tanto tiempo para imprimir un documento. Lo único bueno del hotel la ubicación y os empleados del restaurante. Muy amables. El desayuno no es bueno. Antes de reservar revisen los comentarios en Trip Advisor. Yo no lo hice.

  My friend and I stayed with Crowne Plaza this past weekend because it was close to the venue we would be going to! The walk to the venue was fabulous. Downtown Dallas is beautiful! My room was okay. Kinda what I expected. The view outside was beautiful, specially at night! The thermostat was set to 67 by me, the room temperature was originally set to Off, I get it, but by the time we got back from our concert it was barely cool in the room at all. We check in at 4 and the concert lasted till 10:30, we got back at like 11ish? I went to shower and the soaps were out, thank goodness I brought my own. Our tv did not work, at least not for us. We decided we didn’t want to watch tv anymore and just went to sleep. Next morning when we checked out I was asked how our stay was. And I told him everything that I just explained everything I just wrote in and the manager(?) made it right. He discounted our room. When he really didn’t have to. So instead of being 1 or two stars I gave them 3 because he did make it right, and that means something to me,
