The value/pricepoint, the breakfast, the bedding, furniture & even the nearby food options in Dalhart! The rooms & the entire hotel are spacious, the parking lot is well-lit, too. They thought of everything, seriously.

The entire hotel Was dirty. The pool area was full of leaves and the pool deck didn’t look like it had been cleaned recently. The trash in the pool area was over flowing and there were no clean towels. The room was decent but could use a deep clean as well. Breakfast in the morning was very disappointing. Usually there are many options but not this morning. The trash is as overflowing on to the counter tops, tables were dirty, and the floor was sticky. For paying almost $200 for the night, I expected the hotel to be at least clean.
