They put them on hold until they hung up. I was on the phone for an hour trying to get this resolved so we could get in our room ended up having to pay for a complete another night plus charge me $50 for my service dogs terrible experience never go back to best western. I’m A La Quinta man On top of terrible crunched up parking absolutely not a good parking lot for big trucks

They really made sure everything we needed was in the room or nearby. The breakfast layout was excellent . The staff were outstanding! Cash and his Supervisor really stood out! There is a train that runs through right past the hotel that we were warned about, but frankly, we didn't find it annoying at all. This community has a dairy farm and feed lots, which creates a strong odor at certain times of the year for miles. Yet, we did not notice it in our room.
