  This should be a 4 star hotel at the least. The beds are amazingly comfortable, the pillows are even the best ever and service was amazing. I broke down on my way through traveling. I had to wait for my parts to come in for 2 days. They were very accommodating and understanding of my situation. The best Holiday inn I have stayed at ever. And the breakfast was top notch as well.

  My mom stayed the night after a long road trip and absolutely loved it! She was able to get a great night's sleep, so she was we'll rested for her return trip the next day. They were able to give her a room on any floor she liked, so she chose the first floor (with minimal hassle of having to go up the floors with luggage and such). Nice for disabled folks. They asked about handicapped rooms and had several offerings and choices to accommodate her. Big plus there. The woman at the front counter was a kind, easy-going professional, well spoken and clearly concise about everything from to to bottom. Bottom line really though, was the fact that mom got a great night's sleep, undisturbed, and woke up refreshed. She did have breakfast which she insisted was choice, not just muffins and coffee! Not that the coffee was bad though, I did have a cup and it was delicious. A++

  Everyone we came in contact with, that worked here was very kind, helpful and personable!Nice big room, 2 beds, seating area, large bathroo. The room was great till we looked in the tub... it had rust spots and looked nasty. I wound up tightening the toilet paper holder (horrible design!!!), about 15 minutes after entering the room because the paper kept falling in the floor. Having paid almost $200. for that room, I should not have had to repair anything or shower in a rusty tub!!!

  Rooms and bathrooms were clean, bed and pillows were comfortable, nice Dove brand body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and even lotion, yummy breakfast included a pancake maker, and the staff was very kind and helpful. We could hear the neighbor in the room next door, but chatted with them and had a quiet peaceful cozy stay after. I'd definitely stay here again.
