One of the best places to stay if you stay long-term especially since it has a medium sized fridge two burners and sink for cooking. Rooms are very spacious gym and pool area are nice as well. Also the free wash and dryer saves you money down the rd

If I could give negative stars I absolutly would. I have had the immense displeasure of staying here for work for the last 4 weeks straight. Oilfield. When working days for the first 2 weeks I was on the 3rd floor. Upon arrival the dishwasher in my room was full of dishes that had food stuffs dried and crusted to them. No dish soap/detergent for the dishwasher available. No one ever came to change the bed sheets or clean or restock the room with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. (Standard at literally any other hotel we have ever stayed at for the last 2 years.) The stairwells have had the same debris, trash and mud littering them for the duration of our stay. When I switched to working an 6pm-6am schedule my company had me switch rooms. When switching rooms the lady behind the counter at the computer had no idea where to put me or what to do; despite being given a conformation number. I was told to wait till another employee arrived later in the morning to move rooms because the one at the computer at the time didnt know anything about where I was supposed to go. (This is after a 14.5 hour shift I just got back from) So I waited for another staff member to show up for work and asked again to move to the room my company is sayi g i have to move to. At this point I am handed a room key and told by the staff member behind the counter at the computer "we dont know if the room is clean, if it is not we will not be able to clean it for you untill later today". So let me understand this correctly, the room my company is paying for so I can sleep and exist here for 2 more weeks while on an overnight graveyard schedule might be dirty like the first one was, and if it is I'll have to wait till some unknown time for them to come clean it? All while I need to be asleep in that room? So I can go back to work in less than 8 hours. All the same problems still exist. However, now we have the added pleasure of being on the 1st floor in the room 116 range. Where every single day for the last week staff has woken us all up. Standing outside the doors talking to eachother realistically much louder than is needed, playing loud music on speakers on carts in the hallways, pushing carts that have wheels that bang and clack incredibly loudly (like they are damaged and this place just hasn't ever bothered to repair or replace them), and finally today there was a group of at least 5-8 people running, stomping, yelling, and screaming, all headed into and out of the room labeled house keeping. This went on for a while. When I opened my door and stated that there are people trying to sleep someone from within the housekeeping room stated back "I dont care". I'm not sure if this was hotel staff, or if this was the children of hotel staff. Either way, this place is dirty, disruptive, rude, and unprofessional. I highly recommend staying as far away from this place as humanly possible. If you are a working professional (on a daytime or night time schedule) do not waste your time or money here. There are 3 or more hotels within walking distance of this one, stay at literally any of them to have a normal hotel experience.

Dirty rooms and beds. Has roaches and the people that run the front desk are rude and lazy. The girl with the cheek piercings doesn’t even look up from her phone or come out of the back to great guest. Nor do they pay attention to the door.

This hotel was ok. Room was very nice with full size fridge and stove top. Also an putside gas grill for grilling my own steaks. Service was ok however in my whole 10 days stay there was nobody visible on the counter at any time of the day. Also the elevator broke and was down for the whole weekend which was not convenient. Be carefull if you get a room close to the pool or grill area, folks gather there and it may be a little inconvenient if you have to sleep early. I do have to say that by 9pm the hotel was quiet and never had issues with noise. Good value overall.
