  It has been a pleasure staying here, receiving excellent customer service from Mindy at the front desk. Her professionalism and courtesy are remarkable and unwavering. Mindy was also extremely helpful with the local area and mapping to simplify my trips. I count it a blessing that Mindy assisted me with my hotel stay and local knowledge of the area.   Checkin was a breeze and quick, they provided some bottled water for us as well which was nice. The room we got was a good size for a king suite which fit the needs for two people. The TV worked just fine and had a good selection of channels. Checkout was also smooth and I was able to get our paperwork emailed to us. All of the staff from front desk to maintenance and housekeeping always said hello and were kind and welcoming. Would certainly stay here again next time we’re needing a place in Corsicana!

  It was passable. The main room was nice, but the bathroom could have been better. I'm not sure whose idea it was to put the coffee maker right next to the toilet in the bathroom. There was some damage to the wall in the bathroom and there was mildew in the shower. The fitness center was in disrepair with broken equipment. The breakfast wasn't very good, even for free. Staff were very friendly though.

  I called to confirm the property’s policy regarding a service animal and to inquire about rates for an upcoming stay. Unfortunately, the interaction was not a positive experience. From the beginning of the call, the staff member came across as dismissive and unwilling to assist. I was told that my travel date was too far in advance and was directed to book online without any additional support or information. Due to the lack of customer service, I chose to end the call. Best Western if you read this to do any training with the call was 04/08/2026 at 8:01.
