Black mold, leaking ac, broken ac, carpet soaking wet, showers that don’t drain, room service that does NOT change anything or clean. I can keep going! This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed at.
Don’t waste your money and know black mold symptoms if you choice to stay there.
Pay attention and look at EVERYTHING!! Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

The location for us was the best part. The hotel looks nice on the outside as we pulled up. The inside lobby was kind of weird to me with the large open space. Kind of looked like a scammy convention set up. The room had several stains on carpet, walls, shower and shower curtain. The shampoo/conditioner was too low to be pumped out. Luckily, I always have some of my own with me. Vents had black stuff presumably mold. There were even a few trash items left behind. A water bottle cap and a smushed skttle on the ground up next to the bed frame. Only one trash can in the room, and we needed one in bathroom. The wifi was supposedly supposed to automatically connect to our devices, but it only did so when I went down to the lobby. While up in the room, my devices wouldn't even locate their wifi to connect to it. Common areas like the elevator and side entrance door closest to the elevators were dirty, never cleaned. The elevator made weird noises and was slow. I did not raise any issues while there. It was in a convenient location for us. We stayed two nights and slept fine, although if in area again, this would not be my first choice. We did not eat breakfast here as it has been my experience that the Holiday Inns that charge for breakfast, always charge too much for bad food.

When we go to the hotel our room was still not ready even though we received our keys. We walked into overturned beds and belongings from previous guests still in room. Had to be moved to different room. Was given free drinks for the inconvenience. We are a family of 4 and would of prefer complimentary breakfast not drinks. The room we moved into my wife found toe nails on side of the bed on the floor.

I normally don’t write bad reviews because it can affect some businesses but this has to be said because we spent $159 for each night we stayed. I’m a part of an organization who came to the hotel on spring break weekend from Thursday to Saturday. We had a total of 12 rooms all together. We used one of the conference rooms (which cost money) and we had a luncheon on the last day. We were told that there would be centerpieces on the table and nothing was there except salt and pepper shockers. There was not enough tables set out for the number of guest we had. I mentioned we had twelve rooms and none of the rooms were cleaned the entire stay and we all had to go to the lobby for more towels everyday and a couple of the rooms didn’t even have face towels. The housekeepers lied and said they cleaned the rooms. One of the rooms had bed bugs and we have documentation for that. Another room hand stains on the bed and was not helped with that. The hotel front desk staff were helpful but they could only do so much because the manager wasn’t there and when called she still didn't help. We will not be bringing anyone else to this hotel and were actually regret even using this hotel to host our conference.
