    What a shame ….. we’ve been using this hotel every time we come to padre to the beach for over ten years now . Last couple of years we’ve noticed things weren’t being kept up . Visited this weekend and we now know we won’t be back . Our room had missing ac filters / the ceiling in the bathroom was coming down and exposing the exhaust fan / a good 1/4 inch gap in the front door of our room… could see daylight all around it . The bathroom door wouldn’t close . If we didn’t arrive later in the evening we would have asked for another room … they appeared to be full . Next morning breakfast was a disaster. Coffee was out … no biscuits…the waffle batter was liquid .. wouldn’t even make a waffle… Had to eat cereal with a fork..!! I guess they can’t afford plastic spoons … When my wife inquired to the front desk help about the breakfast, she told her she was the only one there… seems to be not our problem if they’re offering a breakfast..

    I stayed in that hotel 3 days, 2 nights. Perfect place to be on vacation. Really not high price and best service , comfortable room, nice people on reception. Special THANKS to Ms.Nancy, she helped me with all questions I had. Clean room, territory and swimming pool, pretty quiet around, specially I have been in Christmas days. Close beach. Definitely, I recommend this place for vacations. Elena T. 81 yo. Georgetown,TX.
