  I am extremely satisfied with my experience at this hotel. The night manager(Lewis) above and beyond with customer service. Not only with myself, but all other guests, as well. His attention to detailed service elevated my awareness of community value, detailed workmanship, and selflessness of the entire staff. My room and common areas were very clean, breakfast(amazing view!) was hot and delicious, and my overall stay was excellent!

  Great hotel, nice lounge on the top floor overlooking the bayfront and free breakfast in the morning. It's also across the street from Water Street Oyster bar, the best seafood in Corpus Christi.

  Located in heart of downtown Corpus within walking distance to all entertainment, food and beverage in downtown. Amazing bay views!

  We checked in on March 26 around 3:00 p.m., and unfortunately our first impression wasn’t great. As soon as we approached the front desk, we were never greeted. The front desk attendant (shorter woman with glasses) didn’t make eye contact, seemed irritated, and had an attitude when we asked about check‑in. The only thing she said was that there was a fee for early check‑in. It set a disappointing tone for the start of our stay. Aside from that interaction, the rest of the staff throughout the hotel was very pleasant and much easier to deal with. One thing guests should be aware of is the $20 per day parking fee. If you’re bringing a rental car, be prepared for that additional cost. Breakfast on the 11th floor offers a nice variety of options and a beautiful view. However, I recommend the hotel consider adding accommodations for guests with allergies. I have celiac disease and a dairy allergy, so my options were limited to potatoes and eggs. Providing dairy‑free milk and corn tortillas would make a big difference for guests with dietary restrictions. The location is excellent. You get beautiful views, and there’s a waterfront walkway right across the street. McGee Beach is just a short drive away if you want to enjoy the scenery. The USS Lexington and North Beach are also nearby on the other side of the bridge. It’s a convenient spot with easy access to the freeway, making it simple to reach surrounding attractions. Overall, the location and most of the staff were great, but the check‑in experience and lack of allergy‑friendly breakfast options are areas that could be improved.

  Very disappointed booked a room from a third party and when we got there the hotel said they didn’t except locals. I think that if we pay we should be able to get into a room no matter where we are from. What if all the hotels were booked and this was our last choice would we be sent away. They say it’s stated on their website but not all third party websites shows that. I think it should be in bold print on all websites including the original not saying in the registration part on the last Lin must be within 40 miles or more not all people reads that. They be in a hurry to book. So for locals we’re not allowed smh.
