    I'm never disappointed when I stay at this hotel. Judy always goes the extra mile to accommodate her guest. Quite hotel and very spacious rooms! Clean! Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

    We were very disappointed with our stay at the Best Western in Copperas Cove, Texas. My husband stayed there when it was new and loved it. However, the hotel is in a state of disrepair. Electrical outlets didn't work, the vending machine hasn't worked for a long time. The carpets and floors were filthy. Walls need to be painted. Furniture in the lobby area was worn out. The breakfast was just OK. The location of the hotel was great for us but we will not stay there again. My impression of the staff was that they heard complaints a lot but were apathetic to them because nothing has been done to alleviate any of these issues.

    I have to say a special thank you to Heidi she had outstanding customer service on one of the hardest days of my life. She is totally amazing and I'm really great at her job!!!!! Thank you Heidi!!!!!!
