After frequent travel and a heavy workload I’ve been stressed. Currently, I need a microwave for medical reasons. Not having one available in the room was an added stress. When calling I was told it was not possible to make this accomodation and was gently met with kindness. I was bummed. But the next day I was surprised with a microwave in my room!! Thank you to Marissa and team for such a kind gesture, it truly made my whole week. PLUS, the rooms are super clean, the bed is comfy and the lemon soaps smell great! Would highly recommend staying here.

We managed to book the last room at the hotel and we were so glad we did. The lady working the front desk on 10-18 around 9pm was so kind and made us feel so welcome! The room was clean and quiet and the breakfast was pretty standard fare but better than a lot of hotel breakfasts I’ve been to. I also thought the dia de los Muertos alter was a lovely personalized touch the hotel staff added. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area again.
