  Booked my room directly through their website to avoid any issues and only when I arrived at the hotel was I informed there was an “availability issue” and they actually had no room for me. Waited almost 30 min for front desk to try to get in touch with thier manager to get us in another hotel to no avail. Left with no where to stay and nothing was offered for the inconvenience? I found that odd? Literally have never heard of something like this happening to someone.

  My boyfriend and I have used this hotel twice now for our weekend getaways… well go down the street… and WE love it! It’s a very modern looking hotel and so fun to stay at. Last night we stayed and our wifi wasn’t working… Courtney was SO helpful to help us with moving rooms and quick to solve the issue before we went to dinner. The GM was very kind to give us a bag of snacks too! We definitely will come back more often! We love the view of 635 and watching the sunset from our room.

  My partner and I stayed here on January 30, 2026, and unfortunately the experience was uncomfortable and confusing. While we were quietly watching TV, we received a call from the front desk stating there was a noise complaint. I apologized and turned the TV down. For reference, the TV volume was at 15, and we lowered it further. About 10 minutes later, we received another call. This time the front desk stated it was our third warning and that we needed to come downstairs and turn in our key. At that moment, the TV volume was 13, and there was no other noise coming from our room. I explained that this was only the second call we had received and that the TV was not loud at all. When we packed our belongings and went downstairs, the front desk attendant seemed confused about the situation and then stated that we were not being kicked out and could stay after all — despite previously telling us to turn in our key due to noise complaints. In addition to this, the mini fridge in our room was not working, and the thermostat was blinking indicating it needed batteries. While showering, I could clearly hear guests in the room next door, yet we chose not to complain and understood that some noise is expected in a hotel setting. We have stayed at other Tru by Hilton locations and have never experienced anything like this. For a newer building, the walls are extremely thin, which may be contributing to the noise issues. Due to the mixed messages, poor communication, and room issues, we decided to leave and book another hotel, where we had a much better stay. Overall, this experience was disappointing and could have been handled much better.

  Everything waa great just needed more in the room like microwave coffee maker the simple things instead of heading to tge lobby to use those devices.
