Didn't make my flight so I had to stay overnight. I called the hotel to ask if they provided free shuttle service and was told yes. The rep on the call made sure I knew where to go for pickup and then made sure I had everything I needed once I reached the hotel. Would definitely recommend if you are in the DFW area.

Like when arriving at the airport go to level 1 by taking the elevator and head the the section where van service/ hotel shuttle picks you up. Other than that the room was great, had a really good experience.
