  I did not take any pictures of the place, but it was very nice. It had everything I needed in the room. There were no bugs. They had plenty of towels. I stayed 5 days and never needed anything from the front desk except a toilet tissue. The room is well stocked with dishes. If I had to leave an improvement request, I would say leave an extra trash bag. The only reason I did not give the place five stars is because the breakfast was a little skimpy. That being said, it was not bad if you're looking for the average continental breakfast. I saw waffles, juice, coffee, and other things. The people at the front desk were very friendly. There's one person who made me feel at home and his name was Alex. He has blonde hair and works nights. If you need food recommendations for the area or have any questions, Alex is the go-to person. He knows his stuff and it seems he loves his job. Also, fyi the rooms are very quiet surprisingly.

  I had gotten a room my boss purchased for me 2-14-26 and had found semen in shower and poo stains on trash cans. Trashcan had no trash bags and bed was wrinkled. Im non confrontational and refuse to talk to anyone about doing the basic essentials. That's unacceptable. It should of been clean the first time. 170 is not worth what i got. Please fix these issues it's not ok. It won't let me post pics but I have pics

  I've been staying here for the last 2 weeks for a training for Statewide Remodeling from 1/26/26 - 2/7/26. I leave tomorrow and had to make sure I wrote a great review for this staff. David, Elena, Alex and the others I've left out... THANK YOU! Y'all have gone above and beyond, simply exceptional service. I appreciate you. Best wishes!

  My husband and I are staying here for 3 nights. Upon arrival, my husband spoke to Alex at the front desk about correcting a booking error on our end. Alex went above and beyond to fix our mistake and provided the most incredible hospitality and service! If we ever find ourselves in need of a hotel in the Coppell area again, Alex is one of the main reasons we would choose this hotel. The cleanliness of our room, as well as the hallways, is immaculate. The decor is beautiful and the location is perfect. Just 5 miles from the DFW airport and many food options just minutes away!

  Alex at the front desk made me feel so welcome at my VERY late checkin: greeted me by name when I arrived. Can't say enough wonderful things about him. The room was modern, the bed was comfortable and since this location is so close to work, I will definitely stay here again.
