  The hotel was very basic. The staff did not go out of their way to welcome guests. The breakfast area was OK. The coffee was not good.

  I had the most self-absorbed, inconsiderate neighbor. Slamming doors every 3 minutes for hours, yelling/screaming, loud tv, talking loud, running around, etc. All night. I had an early morning and they kept me up all night. I tried calling the front desk 11 times over a span of 5 hours and not once did anyone answer. I couldn't leave the room so I got no help. It just sucks when you pay for a place to sleep before a big day and you can't sleep. I was told the lobby coffee was only an hour old but it was bitter and cold. Pool looked really dirty. Pillows hurt my neck. Couldn't change the temp in the room. Bathroom soap was only a face soap. Just not a great experience.

  Overall, I was not impressed with this visit. The additional daily parking charge of $4.19 was unexpected. While the amount itself is not excessive, it should have been clearly disclosed prior to or at check-in. The morning of our stay, breakfast service was reduced by one hour, and the offering was described as a “limited selection.” Unfortunately, that description significantly understated the situation. There was only one waffle maker, no coffee available, no milk for cereal, several yogurts appeared to be past their date, and there was no hot food provided at all. Breakfast is advertised as included with the stay and is a factor in the price I pay when choosing a Hampton property, so this was particularly disappointing. Additionally, the facility appears to be in need of basic maintenance. I encountered a section of carpet that posed a tripping hazard and caused me to stumble. I can provide photos of the area in question if requested. When I inquired about any form of bill adjustment or relief due to these issues, I was informed that this would not be possible, which added to my dissatisfaction. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that these concerns are addressed, as I generally expect a higher and more consistent standard from Hilton properties.

  I have been a constant Hilton user for family and work since 2006... This Hampton inn is consistent in service and food quality but the gym needs some love especially since I typically stayed 4 nights at a time... The pool is small not big enough for laps but for a dip is nice ...snack bar is overpriced...next they have too good restaurants a bistro style and Tex Mex.
