- MMMaryum MitchellApr 5, 20263.0The main reason for three stars is because I am a woman of my word and expect others to be the same way, so when we had issues with our internet & TV service the entirety of our stay and the front desk stated they would award 5K points for the inconvenience and failed to do so, it prompted me to write this review. When I was checking out, I asked the front desk again if it was notated about the 5K points and she nodded but I could sense the hesitation, so I waited a few days to see if it would be posted to my account. It wasn’t. I contacted IHG and they did an inquiry but never responded to me. I just checked my account and they awarded a whopping 500 points, not the 5,000 originally stated. I would not stay here again simply because I could not trust that they would honor what they promise their guests. And also- the internet for streaming services not working properly with kids in the hotel is a disaster.
