    Stayed in room 114. Shower towels had holes in them. Some of the remote buttons didn’t work. The shower head extension was broken (missing a clip) and didn’t clip to the pole to make it an actual shower head…instead we had to hold the hand held shower head the entire weekend. Went to desk to talk to someone twice and no one was at the front desk both times….a sign saying they’d be right back was out.

    We showed up the the hotel March 11th. Checked in with our rewards membership. We reserved a king suite and received our room on the second floor. We entered the elevator and smelled a strong chemical odor. It was stronger on the second floor and still strong once we entered our room. We stayed for about 10min and couldnt stand the strong odor. I was suffering from allergies but the strong chemical odor made it even worse. We called the front desk and the female receptionist said they had recently had a exterminator spray. We went downstairs and I stated I could not stay in the hotel as now my allergies are even worse than when we arrived. The receptionist stated she could not give us a refund unless approved by the district manager. Another guest showed up complaining about the same smell. I again asked for a refund but the receptionist refused and said the district manager of the hotel was not available to approve. She offered a different room and I refused because of my present health issues. I called IHG rewards and lodged a complaint. They said they would have the manager call me. We left and checked into a Tru Hotel at a cheaper rate. I called my Amercian Express card company and filed a dispute. After 1 week the manager never returned my call. I called back to IHG rewards who stated the management stated I was offered an different room, I was rude and irrate with the receptionist( I was not i called the rewards line as soon as they refused to refund). They reopened the case and stated the hotel owner would return my call. I stated have him leave a message so I can return the call if I'm not available. Today is Mar 24th and no calls from manager. IHG rewards says my dispute is with the hotel and theres nothing else they can do to make them call me back to resolve. American express refunded the cost to my credit card. Don't stay here because they care nothing about the individual only receiving and keeping the money over empathy and common courtesy.

    We had an emergency and ended up at this location for a couple nights. Miguel made the entire process so easy and stress free after a very stressful day. He went above and beyond also to set us up with an extra night.

    I booked a stay at this hotel and when I got to the room I checked the bed and saw that they had bedbugs. I immediately went to the front desk and asked for the room to be canceled. I left and booked a different hotel. Now I see that they still charged my credit card as if I stayed there. I always stay at IHG hotel for business. I won’t anymore.
