- JBJac Bush2 days ago5.0What a wonderful place! Jonathan at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. My sister and I came to visit the town and see the University and asked for recommendations. Jonathan was able to provide wonderful recommendations and directions for exactly what we were looking for and even provided additional recommendations and activity suggestions for another local town. Our room was clean and tidy as well. You can tell the building is a little older and the walls dont block as much sound as I would like, but the place is clean and well kept considering. I look forward to staying here again when I return!!

- MPMB PDec 29, 20251.0This was such a disappointment. We stay at Hiltons a lot. Home2Suites are our go to. This was definitely the worst experience. This hotel has definitely been neglected. No conditioner or body wash in the bathrooms. I was told they don’t keep conditioners in the bathrooms and they were out of body wash so we were given face soap bars. I usually ask for a late checkout and was told this time if it was after 12 I would need to pay an additional $40. Definitely never heard of that before. The bathrooms definitely need updating. Stained wall paper and grime around the tub area. I will definitely not just blindly book a Home2Suites in the future thinking they are all nice.
- LGLinda GuynesDec 28, 20253.0Our family booked two rooms and stayed one night. Friendly staff and an incredibly good breakfast (our compliments to the gentleman who does this so well!!!). To management...it smells like mold and wet animals. Our room was very clean and we left our housekeeper a good tip for that. Common areas, including the perimeter of the hotel, have trash and are unkept/not maintained. This seems like a forgotten property in a part of town that has really nice businesses close by but next door there is a shuttered restaurant, large trash dumpsters, and even a few homeless folk lingering about. We wouldn't stay again at this property. Oh...front desk staff constantly on their cell phones. This should not be allowed but we see it everywhere. They should have an employee locker where they lock up their personal devices (including Apple watches) and can only access during their breaks/lunch.

I went to check in and realized I made the reservation for the wrong date and they were so nice and accommodating! They went above and beyond for me and my family on one of there busiest weekends as it was a playoff game going on! I am so grateful that I made a decision to stay there. Thank you all for your great customer service and Hospitality. They greet you when you walk in and give you salutations as you leave. If they seen you five times already they still speak as if it was the first time they seen you that day. Will definitely stay there again if I’m ever visiting again. You guys were awesome! I hope they are blessed abundantly! They never had attitudes nothing but smiles! That’s what great customer service is all about!
