This is a nice space. Rooms are very large with a full kitchenette, sofa and desk space. Staff were helpful. However, there were some damages to the dry wall in the bathroom. The hotel doesn’t provide conditioner, which is just annoying to me. The continental breakfast is pretty disappointing… yogurt machine was empty and bananas all extremely green. Not a lot of options. Also, they have a small convenience store where you can get a free item if you leave a 5 star review. I just find that unethical, so it encouraged me to leave what I believe to be an accurate review. As far as location goes, it’s not too bad. The walk to campus was much longer than I expected, but I don’t think there’s any way hotels can get closer. It is a huge campus!

Was given a room that was already occupied. Then was given a room without toiletries. Will never come to this property again.

No bueno, Check in and the first room the AC is making a loud noise. Very annoying, ask to move to a different room AC is even louder apparently they have many like this and could not get another room as they were fully booked. Went back to the first room as it was slightly less annoying,( hard to sleep all night) this room comes with its issues like this Home 2 and I’m usually a huge Home 2 fan as I travel a lot for work and primarily stay at them. Next my wife goes to use the phone to call down stairs. Phone does not work. We go to change for an event and she needs a mirror and I’m like it’s usually it is on this wall and….. the mirror is missing but the mounts are on the wall where it used to be. Next my wife wanted some more water that night. I’m like I will go fill it at the gym as I know they have filter water down there. Nope. Of course the water filtered water machine does not work either. Then I look around while I’m there as I like to workout in the morning. Nope two of those machines are broken. I mean come on do we have managers that walk the building and take notes on all of these things. I wasn’t even trying to find stuff and only could imagine if I did. Will not be going back here. Do better for the brand of Hilton.
