Mosquitos in the room. 3. USB connection for cell phone charging was not working. 4. Fire sprinkler broken. 5. Elevators are not good, they are shaking upon stopping. Staff is good but policies of the hotel is not good at all, I am diamond elite member but they do not deposit welcoming points. They follow their own policy. Truly disappointed!!

Clearly it wasn't her fault shes told to do this.Apparently they dont allow breakfast to some guests. The young men were clearly embarrassed and I have never heard of such a thing. Let people have a quiet morning and not be harassed about a 5 dollar breakfast. Are you guys broke and needing to cut corners? Ruined my morning.
