I immediately went to the front desk and asked for the room to be canceled. I left and booked a different hotel. Now I see that they still charged my credit card as if I stayed there. I always stay at IHG hotel for business. I won’t anymore.

Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by how clean and welcoming the hotel was. The lobby had a fresh, pleasant smell, and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. My room was just as impressive—spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully scented. It was clear that attention to detail is a priority at this property. Rachel’s kindness set the tone for a wonderful stay. Her exceptional customer service truly stood out and made me feel valued as a guest.
