I was walking in to try to help promote our business Omni-Pros Restoration (meet and greet and drop off marketing materials etc) Sadie was incredibly nice and sincere. She was very thoughtful and friendly, and I don't get that too much when I'm walking into a new unfamiliar place. Thank you Hilton for hiring people like Sadie, she's definitely an asset to you. :)

I have made over 10 phone calls ( left several voicemails) and even responded to the email sent. No response at all from this hotel or management. Horrible customer service. Photos for this place are not accurate. The amenities look nothing like what is listed and also not in working order.
