This hotel doesn’t even deserve 1 star! It’s absolutely disgusting and smells! The base boards are all falling apart and wires hanging out visible in the hallways. We booked 2 queens and when got to our room it was a king and the had no other rooms available to accommodate us! Me, husband, and 15yr old daughter all had to share the bed. The bedspread had a huge tear in it. The wallpaper was lifting and splitting everywhere not to mention the bathroom door handle was broke. Room and hallways smells so bad of chemicals and cigarettes! We were there for a volleyball tournament so unfortunately we couldn’t find another hotel with availability. The price of the rooms are way too high for the grossness of the hotel. Very disappointing and the Hilton should be embarrassed as well as the representatives of the Hampton Inn.

We had 4 rooms reserved here. We got here and the place stunk. It smells of cigarette smoke. We did not even check. The nice lady at the desk understood. And per the Hampton 100% satisfaction guarantee. She said we were getting a full refund for our rooms. I look on my credit card to see we were in fact charged for the 4 rooms. I called Hampton headquarters to see why we were charged. It appears Pavon at the stinky Hampton decided to override the lady at the front desk’s decision that refund us. Pavon doesn’t know the 1st thing about customer service. Pavon, we aren’t done with you yet with corporate! Do yourself a favor people and do not stay at this location!
