The only thing about this hotel that was good was the location. The hotel is in need of a serious upgrade. I always stay at Hilton/Hampton Inns and this was by far the worst sleep I have ever experienced. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable. The carpet was not vacuumed. The faucet dripped. The fixtures were rusted. Very few electrical plugs or no usb plugs anywhere. I did digital check in so I didn’t have much interaction with staff but the desk person was laying down in the front area when we walked in. No greeting at all. I will still choose Hilton, but I will be sure to check reviews on google prior to staying from now on.

This place needs a facelift in a bad way. This is nowhere near a Hampton standard. Paint chipping, furniture looks like it’s 20 years old, wall sidings falling off, and the building inside looks like nobody cares.

This may have been one of the more disgusting hotels I've ever been inside. Paint peeling off the walls in all the stairwells. Muddy boots in the hallways. Uncleared trash bags in the halls for 24 or more hours. All the Ethernet wiring is exposed in the hallways. It's basically a camp for oilfield workers at this point. So the parking lot is muddy, the elevators smell like petrochemicals, and all the work trucks are backed over the sidewalks, making them impassable for the elderly. The parking lot is pocked with portholes, making walking that way sketchy as well. This is not a bag on the staff, however. They were pleasant and know they're working in a hotel that should've been razed years ago.

I booked a king room online a day.Ahead of time. And i'm an honors app user. The hotel had very poor parking And I show up to get my room, and instead of a king, I had two I believe it was twin beds, maybe it was queen. The person at the front desk basically had to take it or leave it attitude. Apparently, they gave my room away because the hilton app using it for ten years now.I've never had a problem. I canceled the room and went over to the hilton in college station had a wonderful upgraded room.Great service personnel and had a great dinner at the restaurant with cocktails. So warning about this particular hotel. If it's full there's going to be parking issues, definitely not room for anybody in any kind of larger trucks. It was definitely a disappointment first time in ten years.
