Our first time at College Station. We were there for our son's Texas A&M University visit. We are Hilton Honors members, so we chose this hote becaue of that. We like Embassy Suites because they offer more space when traveling with family. But not every Embassy is created equal! This one is very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I can't remember his name, but one of the front desk staff member went above and beyond in helping us. When we tried to order a room service, no one was answering our call so the call gets automatically transfered over to the front desk after so many rings. So he took our order and gave it to the chef! Amazing! The location is a super close to the A&M campus!

I just visited a friend who was in town on business. The hotel was clean. Parking in front was almost non-existent. I heard there is a garage behind the hotel, but I did not verify.

This Embassy Suites is lively, large, and upscale. The lobby area is giant, with couches, chairs, and charging stations. Theres a beautiful fountain that greets you shortly after you walk in. Check-in was fast & simple and my suite was very large. I especially loved the big windows looking out into the city, it's gorgeous at night. The restroom in my suite was large and very clean, the bedroom had a desk perfect for writing/working, and the bed was very comfortable. There was a microwave, minifridge, and dining table in the kitchenette area, and the sofa was very comfortable. There was two TVs (one in the bedroom & one in the living room.)
Free breakfast is served in the morning, and it's delicious and extensive. It was some of the best breakfast I've ever eaten at a hotel. The bar also serves free bar snacks! Outside, there is a seating area where you can get fresh air and soak up some sun. The parking garage was also very big, and we loved parking at the very top so that we could see the view of the city below us. I noticed a gym & indoor pool, but unfortunately, I wasn't able to take advantage of either amenity.
It is walking distance from Texas A&M University and within close proximity to restaurants, shops, and more.
Overall, I had a positive experience at Embassy Suites. I appreciate the friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere.

There is basically no large truck parking here. If you are here for a livestock show dont bring your truck. Breakfast was.not out until 7am on Sundays which was dissapointing. I really wanted to relax and eat some breakfast and get on the road early.
