He was friendly and helped us decide if we should take our soccer team to walk ons across the street even though the big game was on and it could get crowded. He asked how our boys were doing during their tournament and tried to just make our stay as positive as possible. We definitely plan to come back next year if possible.

The location was great and it’s only a few minutes from Santa’s Wonderland but the hotel in itself was probably one of the worst ones I’ve been too. I recommend going somewhere else for a different experience. The hotel is old, the showers have no pressure, the satellite kept losing signal and the pillows for the best gave me neck pain the next day. Trust me when I say go somewhere else. Until they fix this place up I would avoid coming here.
