- TMTrent MyracleOct 28, 20251.0There was no hot water in the showers in the mornings. I've never stayed at a hotel that didnt have hot water. Breakfast was completely gone by 6:30. I waited 45 minutes and they never refilled the breakfast bar. Tons of stray cats in the parking lot. Carpet in the rooms was stained and disgusting. Shower head was also disgusting, it looks like its never been cleaned.

Floors in my room were sticky, don't believe the shower head has ever been cleaned, key card had to be reset like every other use. The kids' room flooded ( I believe from the AC, maintenance guy said from rain waters coming through the wall), and the floors were sticky/oily. Moved to another room, no flooding, but floors were the same. The key cards wouldn't allow entry back in from the pool area, and the hot tub I feel has ever had the dead skin cleaned out (Nasty). Same issue with those key cards having to be constantly reset. The "free breakfast" was terrible (had better eggs deployed in the Army). The pancake machine didn't work right. Milk was soured, and orange juice tasted watered down. I would NOT recommend (and may never stay in Holiday Inn again)
