    Has been a pleasure staying here, it’s been one of the best Holiday Inn I have stayed. The staff was amazing super friendly and attentive. Specially Tania, Pedro and Mrs. Betty. They went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with walking distance to different restaurants and stores. The breakfast was good and absolutely love the the coffee machines. I would definitely be staying here again and 100% recommend

    Wonderful hotel. Probably the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. Literally bent over backwards for my family and I. Major shoutout to Tiana and Pedro!!

    As soon I walked into the hotel I could smell mold and mildew and my room smelled even worse. By time I left my airways were restricted. I spent the next 3 days feeling like I was going to die. That was the 28th of December, it is now the 3rd of January and it’s still hard for me to breathe. They need to have their ventilation system fully cleaned and disinfected. The feel like I might have gotten legionella. Water pressure was horrible and straight rust came out of the shower and tub faucets when I turned them on. It went clear after a few seconds but still. Other than that, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. That being said, I am a diamond elite member and have been for several years but I think I’m going to change my loyalty. Too many IHG hotels that either smell, don’t do room service daily or the trash is always full so can’t clean out the rental car before returning it and most hotels don’t have very good water pressure despite having holiday inns advertised shower heads that are supposed to make you feel like you’re showing in heaven.

    Clean room, very spacious. Looks to have been renovated recently. Breakfast was great, normal selection but clean food station and tasted good.

    Currently staying here. The heater doesnt work, only the cooler. Also, they have a TV with Prime and Netflix.....buuuuut the remotes dont work.
