    Jody and Alyssa were so nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was great! I would highly recommend this place! We will be back again, thank you girls for everything

    Good choice IF you’re in a pinch, don’t go if you can help it. Room 325: Horrendous water pressure (especially for top floor). Bugs (found at least 25 through my one night stay). Broken outlets (1/3 of the outlets didn’t work). Broken tiles. No ceiling lights. Pool ain’t bad but nothing to write home about. No spare bedding. AC barely worked. Oh yeah a joint wrapper behind toilet So I stayed one night and immediately upon entering the room I realized two things: “damn there’s no ceiling lights” and “why is there bugs in a 4 star hotel?” Then I tried charging my phone and I had to plug it in where the TV was because that’s one of the 3 working outlets here. Went to the bathroom to shower and two of the tiles aren’t secured. At least there’s clean towels apart from the one left on the floor from last guest. The last guest also left us a joint wrapper. AC kept tripping breaker so I had to call 2x to get that reset because I couldn’t fix it myself Overall a huge disappointment for the price.

    Try to rent a room for me and my family during the freeze January of 2026 and they would not rent to me tried to charge me an extra $100 for a deposit said that I had rent from them before and smoked in the room try to explain to them that I have never I rented a room from Best Western they could not prove to me when I called to verify it they told me management only works on weekends could not give me no answer
