- LNLaDonna NaronJul 27, 20251.0Booked a suite with our pets first room had old pet feces dried on the floor, requested a different suite that one had no air conditioning, dropped down to just a double room and they then didn’t change my rate, when I said something about it they said that was the rate for with pets I booked the suite total $236. and change checked out for $226. The room alone when I booked with pets was 189. They tried saying it was 209.! The third room was fine but really they wanted to argue over 20 dollars, which I understood isn’t much, but after three moves they should be grateful I stayed at all after walking into a room with dried pet feces in it! Not happy needless to say!
