  I recently stayed here from the 8th until the 10th. This was the best location to accommodate my family as we prepared for the BPN G1M Ultra. The beds were nice and clean. The shower was my favorite part. Great water pressure! I honestly wish we stayed longer instead of going home after my race! Why I decided it would be best to drive 12+ hours back home is beyond me! Also, every staff member was kind and courteous. They didn't know it, but it helped stave off pre-race jitters that I had. Lastly, the breakfast was great and always fresh. The gym was great because I was the only one there when I needed it. The smell of the hotel was pleasant as well. It's small things like that that make an experience memorable. If I have another race in this area, I'll be sure to book here first!

  Stayed at this hotel for a wedding I was attending. It was important that I get early check-in and the hotel was very responsive to the request. Rebecca, at the front desk, was wonderful. She was so pleasant, had a smile on her face and very helpful. She showed such professionalism in the hospitality industry, which can be thankless. The only reason I gave the room 4 stars is because the bathroom did not have a vent fan in it. Other than that, everything was great!

  Wow, first off the value for the nightly rate is incredible. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, they a nice breakfast every day, and complimentary printing. The rooms themselves were stocked with everything you could need for a longer stay. They had a pot, pan, cups, plates, utensils, etc. The fridge was much larger than I expected which was great. They even had a small dishwasher and provided dishwasher pods! Every single staff member I interacted with was extremely kind and helpful. And just want to give a shout out to the person working at the front desk on the evening of 3/2. They saw me struggling with my two dogs and lots of luggage and personally helped me get everything to my room. I wish I could remember their name, but for the life of me I cannot remember. I do remember their name tag said “ask me about animals”. Their fitness center is adequate and I used it several times with no issues. The location is extremely convenient as well. Right next to the 183, Whitestone, and Parmer/Ronald Regan. There’s plenty of restaurants and an HEB nearby as well. To be fully transparent about my experience, the only thing that would keep me from recommending this location to family/friends is the amount of people smoking near entrances. Almost every time I took my dogs out or was just leaving/coming back there was someone smoking in common outdoor areas or near an entrance/exit door. Sometimes even just passing by the front desk I could smell smoke due to people smoking right outside of the automatic sliding doors. While everything else was really great about this hotel, frequently being exposed to others smoking close to entrances/exits did take away from an otherwise pleasant experience. If you or your family member have asthma or another health condition that would cause them to be sensitive to cigarette smoke, I would advise that you find somewhere else to stay. However if that will not be a problem for you, then this a great place to stay.

  Comfortable, clean and good food. (The neighbor’s door closed with a loud bang through the early morning, which woke us up, but otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.)

  All in all, a great hotel. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. In addition, the breakfast is really varied and delicious by American standards! Coffee and tea are available throughout the day, and on three evenings a week there are even snacks, wine, and beer. The location is also great. We have been here twice now and are already planning our third visit at the end of April 2026. The only criticism: the grills that you can use outside have unfortunately always been very dirty.
