The manager Rebecca was amazing and very eager to help in anyway she could! The other front desk workers were wonderful as well. They definitely made me feel welcome with their big smiles! The rooms were very clean and very accommodating. Full size refrigerator, and the room was very spacious. I definitely recommend staying with them if you’re searching for a really nice hotel with great hospitality and prices.

- SSStanOct 15, 20251.0We thought we were going to stay at a nice hotel by the looks of it, but don't let the looks fool you. The staff, even though they are friendly, are not all on the same page with their check in process. One said one thing about paying cash over the phone where the other said the opposite at the check in desk. This was just the start of the whole bad experience. We never felt welcomed by anyone. The check in was weird and the so called reception was a low budget reception. They had a lot of empty containers that were supposed to have food in them and no one was tending them for quite awhile. When they finally put food in the containers a guest, who said they were a resident, grabbed plate after plate of food, 8 total, and hauled them off to her room times along with 6 cups of coffee. This left no food for the other guest. As for the beer and wine, well the beer was warm and flat. The wine was no where to be found until a women walked in with it at 6:30. We saw guest come to the reception and saw the empty containers and left. If you are going to have a reception you at least need to have it maned with responsible staff and don't allow full time residents hored the food. The next morning we getting ready to leave when we saw hair in the shower and mold in the bathroom sink around the over flow drain. See the attached photos. When we left we brought it to the managers attention and he just ignored our concern. His comment was "ya you have to clean them occasionally". Occasionally? Everyday is appropriate. The manager had a "I don't care attitude wth us. He is not a good repensation of the IHG family. I'll forward my concerns onto corporate along with my photos, maybe they will listen to my concerns. We will never stay at this hotel or any other staybridge hotel because it is just a place for long term rental people who don't care about other guests.
