You could see shoe prints in the bathroom, there was food on the carpet, one of the beds wasn't properly made, the sheet was hanging off. The refrigerator was dirty with food, and the bathroom sink was clogged! I asked to be moved to a different room, but they said they couldn't move me. They only fixed the bathroom sink but didn't clean the room. In the end, I had to go to my daughter's volleyball tournament, and when I got back that night, I realized they still hadn't cleaned the room. I had to spend the night there in the dirty room.
- LTLampasas TexanJan 28, 20261.0Stay away from this Holiday Inn Express, Avoid it like a plaque -There was absolutely NO HOT WATER, no one told us a check-in. Their excuse (by the female with multicolored braids) was its because of the weather, they didn't know!!! The freeze started 4 days prior!!! -The room was cold upon entering, the heater/ac was unplugged. I went to get dinner, my partner 🔌plugged it in, turned turned it on, there was NO WAY to adjust the heater!! It was over 80+ degrees, he had it for 70⁰, it would not comply with the settings, did it's own thing!!! We had to unplug it, it was hotter than a sauna! -all in all, Ms Multicolored Braids gal had an, oh well, couldn't care less attitude about it, maybe if she had a freezing cold shower, after a cold nights sleep her attitude would be different. -hire people whom want to do their job(s) for their paychecks vs. Someone who's interested in just being there to careless about inadequate issues, and the patrons issues being dismissed. -The location required maneuvering to get to.
