Beds were made, but there was hair everywhere on the sheets. and wet, dirty towels were still in the bathroom. The entire hotel building stunk the whole time and I’m pretty sure the front desk ladies were out there tweaking out on something with there friends every night we were there. 10/10 don’t recommend

Lady at the desk was apologetic, but as platinum elite members we are in a lot of rooms around the country and these were both in the lower categories we’ve been in. Ah yes, and the tub doesn’t drain.

I'm sn extended stay customer and in the 2 weeks I've been here I've seen exterminators and the carpets have been shampood.So all the negative reviews on here, yall, she listens and cares! I've had no problems except for a slight leak on the faucet in shower and they gave me the option to stay and wait for the maintenance or they could move me immediately. Love the kitchens.

They have been welcoming and accommodating from the beginning with my situation. I'm an extended stay guest and a waitress. . Meaning I get paid by the shift so they have been kind and patient with my daily pay. I've been staying in hotel since the floods and this is the first time I actually feel at home with the updated kitchen. Feels like a little studio apartment. I would recommend 💯
