- NLNadria Lavizzio3 days ago3.0The front desk staff is very helpful and polite but the room was disgusting. There were stains on the recliner chair, carpet feels dirty and gross, bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned and there was a constant damp smell in the room.

I informed the front desk but was told she was unaware of the issue and didn't have a solution. Hotel owner and management must ensure this is resolved immediately. Watching TV in a hotel is a key component to a customer reservation. Additionally, I'm still waiting on my account to be credited back for room incidental.

Reservation were made early in the day Saturday for nursing staff who would arrive late evening when their shifts ended and could not drive home safely. With this information, they still failed to assure the rooms were cleaned. The first room that was given had a completely disheveled bed with large moist spots! The carpet was riddled with large, unidentified stains, the bathroom was filthy with dirty Laundry
